You will see many a friendly face at the Turl Street Kitchen and full biogs will follow soon. For now here are some names to shout if you need a top up:

Carl is our very own Alain Ducasse (and for those of you who know your chefs, he’s Ducasse because he’s got more integrity than Gordon Ramsey and less science than Heston Blumenthal and does a good classic great). Carl’s a great cook, can talk about food and growing your own from dawn to dusk and could not be more personable. Carl has come to us via Oxford’s own Branca and Magdalen Arms and all manner of places across London.

Patrick is our general manager. Responsible for booze, conviviality (the two are, in fact, distinct) and making sure we offer the best service in town, Patrick comes to us via Kiss FM, Red Bull, some of London’s top gastro-pubs and more recently, his very own lovely place in the country.

Supporting Patrick is Sean. Sean was born into hospitality and brings a top-flight hotel service pedigree.

Josh is a recent graduate from Magdalen College who after a year improving his Excel skills jumped at the opportunity to indulge his passion for food, furniture and finances in one happy package.

Hannah is an idealistic innocent from the North and the Community and Venue Manager who has been working on this  project since graduating from Keble College last year.

Adam OB is our general chief and one of the founding members of Student Hubs. Adam keeps us all in check and makes sure our wilder ideas are kept grounded. Mostly. 

Doireann is our green guru. Having just completed her PhD, Doireann is about to come into the fold as our Sustainability Officer from October, making sure we know our compost bins from our water butts.
